The Korean Community Senior Housing Corporation of Maryland (KCSHC of MD) is the proud owner of University Gardens I & II, located in the Montgomery Knolls neighborhood of Silver Spring, Maryland.

KCSHC is committed to serving Asian, Asian American and other eligible minority populations with a safe, affordable, and comfortable housing for senior citizens and persons with a qualifying mobility impairment.
